LATEST BLACKSTONE RIVER FLY FISHING REPORTS
|
Fished Saturday morning, fish became a little active after the sun came up. Water level was at 455 cf/sec, water temp was at 60.

COMMENTS ON THE BLACKSTONE RIVER
|
Water level has been high, but some good nymph fishing and dry fly action late in the day if the sun is out all day.

BSR running high with all the rain the month 2870 cf/s as on today. I hope this weeks weather helps lower it a little. any one else fish the BSR this year?

Blackstone has been stocked for the winter. The river is running at about 475 cuft/sec. after rain this week bring up the water level, will fish in the morning and update Saturday.

Fished Saturday morning no hook ups or bites but the 2 guy in front of me caught 5or6 Bows on spinning rod. Had a few Bows jump up in front of me. Nymphed and tried eggs and a few dries.
